An exact copy of the current 8 week summer shred challenge but without the contest side and no facebook group. You are NOT eligible to win. Start anytime you want.
Program is broken down into 2 x 4 week phases. Each week is 2 upper body, 2 lower body, and one full body hiit.
Program will be sent to you within 1 business day. You will receieve a message once you're setup in the app to email me your chosen start date. Your program will not be in the app until you do this.
