A BEGINNER workout foundations program. There are 2, 4 week phases. Phase 1 is 3 x full body days per week, phase 2 is 2 x upper body days, 2 x lower body days, totalling 4 workouts per week. Start anytime you want.
Movements are all basic. No high intensity workouts. After you have completed this program, you'll be ready to crush one of my other, higher intensity ones!
